We were pleasantly surprised that the girls slept pretty well and didn't wake up too early. We took our time getting ready and then headed down to Poipu beach. It was the first time that either of the girls had been to the ocean. Neither of them were afraid of the water. It was a really nice beach because there was a sea wall which made a nice area for them to swim. We got a little bit of rain and decided to head back and have some lunch. After we ate we put the girls down for a reat. Raquel did not fall asleep, but Sierra laid down with Uncle Jeff and slept for a while. James and I went into town to get a few things at Wal-Mart (Yes, they have those in Hawaii too).

Our little fish SierraAt Roy's the food was delicious and the service was incredible. They were a little lacking in the kid-friendly department ($12.95 for a kids meal and no non-glass cups), but it was worth it. At one point Sierra dropped her heavy water glass and spilled it. Within 10 seconds there were 6 servers there helping to clean it up. It was crazy. They also had the most amazing dessert. The chocolate lava cake was served with vanilla bean ice cream and raspberry drizzle. Yum! After we ate we walked around some of the shops before we went home and put the kids to bed. It was a really fun day!
